This bloke is a top manager. Passion, energy and a great tactician. Got tonight spot on. What a legend as well bringing on Oxford when Song would have been the easy option.
Couldn't think of anyone else better to take us into the new stadium.
Let's hope the others don't come sniffing.....

He's very different to BFS who had a habit of shutting up shop with 20 minutes to go, defending deep and giving two goal leads away.

I can see why they thought so much of him.
He doesnt just manage a club, he kicks every ball, fights every decision and he expects they players to leave everything on the pitch because he does.
Whats more he as shown that the board, the players and the fans can trust him implicitly.
Its feels great to be a West Ham supporter these days.

Don't forget that he FAILED in Russia as well. That and the fact he couldn't win the league in Turkey and that made him nailed on to FAIL in the Premier League.
